Tucker with Mears Mechanical Solutions is great to work with. As a general contractor, I’ve unfortunately dealt with a lot of HVAC installers who don’t communicate well or don’t show up when they say they will. Tucker is the opposite. I called Mears Mechanical when the furnace in our rental crapped out during a cold snap. Tucker showed up quick, figured out what was wrong right away, explained it in normal people talk (not a bunch of techy nonsense), and had it running again fast. Cleaned up after himself, price was fair, no surprise charges or trying to sell us a whole new system. Tenants were happy, I was happy, and the place stayed warm.
