We don't guess. Our technicians carry professional diagnostic tools — multimeters, manometers, combustion analyzers, refrigerant gauges, amp clamps, and thermal imaging when needed. We isolate the actual failure, explain what we found in plain language, and give you a clear price before any wrench turns. If the repair doesn't make financial sense relative to the age and condition of your equipment, we'll tell you that too.

Common repairs we handle daily include failed capacitors, burned contactors, refrigerant leaks, clogged drain lines, bad blower motors, cracked heat exchangers, faulty ignition systems, frozen evaporator coils, thermostat malfunctions, compressor failures, and electrical control board issues. We stock common parts on our trucks so many repairs are completed the same day without a second trip.

For refrigerant-related issues, we don't just "top off" the system and send you a bill. If your system is low on refrigerant, there's a leak somewhere — we find it, repair it, pressure-test the repair, evacuate the lines, and recharge to manufacturer spec. Anything less is a temporary bandage that wastes your money and harms the environment.

We service all residential equipment: central air conditioners, gas and electric furnaces, heat pumps, mini-splits, air handlers, and packaged units. On the commercial side, we repair rooftop units, split systems, makeup air handlers, exhaust systems, and VRF equipment. For restaurants and food service, we also handle walk-in coolers, reach-in refrigeration, and ice machines.

Our pricing is straightforward. We charge a diagnostic fee that covers the first 30 minutes on site, and that fee gets applied toward the repair if you move forward. Parts are billed at fair market rate — not triple markup. We provide written quotes for any repair over $300, and we never perform work without your authorization.

Emergency service is available for situations where equipment failure creates a safety concern or threatens perishable inventory. Commercial customers with refrigeration emergencies get priority response because we understand that downtime means lost product.
